This course focuses on the reporting procedures required by the ICS Class Head Office following surveys conducted on ships. Participants will learn about the supporting documentation outlined in Annex 4, including the necessary records that the attending Surveyor must submit to the Operation Department for each type of survey and certification. Key topics include submission deadlines for the Advice for Completion of Survey and information records, conditions for the issuance of full-term certificates by the Marine Division, and the protocols for processing all information records in accordance with Procedure PA02-P01.
